Hunter's Room!

Hunter's room is ready for his arrival. Eventhough I didn't get to paint, I think he will still be pleased with his room. Let's just hope he likes jungle animals. :)

Such a SWAmazing Shower!

My coworkers at Southwest are so amazing! I am so lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people every day. Pam, Gwen, Debbie J., Elizabeth, and Kelly (and whoever else helped at all) -- Thanks so much for such a great baby shower. I had so much fun!

Pam did an incredible job with the decorations...AND THE CAKE! I can't get over it. She made the entire thing from scratch. I really think she should start her own bakery or become a professional baker/event planner. Not only did I have a real, edible cake, but I had a diaper cake too, courtesy of Gwen! You do such a great job with those Gwen, and they really are the best idea.

To everyone who came, thank you so much from Gil, Hunter, and I. We loved every bit of it and are truly grateful!

Just Monkeyin' Around!

My amazing SWA girlfriends definitely outdid themselves this time! Erin Bright, Erin Borrowman, Cat, Shannon, and Gwen put their heads together to throw us one phenomenal shower. It was a couple's shower, so we piled some really awesome guys and gals into Erin and Will's house for some fajitas, sangria, beer, and a bunch of baby talk.

Gil and I were so impressed by the jungle decorations...The cake was the EXACT monkey off of our bedding! Unbelievable. I loved it. Little cutouts of jungle animals were hung all over the place, including some baby pictures of Gil and I (Cat!! haha). The entire evening was spectacular, and we had a blast hanging out with all of the couples. To all of my SWA buddies...thanks for making it so special.
